Has anyone had any experience of the Silverfox Demon full sus. As yet I don't have a model number or year but a general overview would be great. I have the chance of picking one up for £65 and am wondering if is is worth the money and drive to Hereford.

If it's like this.....

Then I wouldn't bother. It's an Argos Special....certainly not dual sus at this price range - it will be horrid. TBH if you want an MTB, go for an older no-suspension model via ebay or local paper etc.

Cheers.

As yet I have not seen the bike but think you may be right. I have a rigid at the moment and so would ideally like a Hardtail but the bicycle recycling shop that was recommended to me only had "Full Sus" MTB's in stock

Let's just say, once my fixed is built, my MTB will be doing propper off road stuff and it has no suspension - got me round the Peaks a number of times, and up Snowdon.

If getting any suspension, you'll want a quality set of forks on it anyway.

OK nice one - Thanks very much indeed :-) I may well stick with my trusty steel steed behemoth for the time being then.
