Sickness/noro virus, is there an epademic ?

The young woman who cleans for me has been laid up, vomiting for 3 days and texted to say she has never been so ill.
My granddaughter has been upchucking all night.
The guy fitting my new bathroom messaged to say he couldn't come today as he has been upchucking.
For me it's so far so good.

Just to add, this suggests that it is doing the rounds in schools so will probably be fairly prevalent soon

I remember the last time I had it. I was texting a friend at work with updates in between praying to the porcelain god. The good thing is that it normally only lasts a few hours until you've emptied out, then you're weak for half a day, then back to normal.

I was ill a couple of weeks ago. I did not vomits, but I had the runs. I was off my grub for about four days. Everyone in the household was ill with varying symptoms.
