Thats a Tensile CNC crank behind sporting a Porkchop chain ring. In the foreground the stock Schwinn crank wearing a Profile Imperial ring.

Aand my rare(ish) Campag Centaur Centenary double.

Same one, in original paint, them chromed

Steel, it's the precurser to the present Shimano style, but, the securing mechanism was abysmal!!!
You could change the spider to suit different rings
