Numpty question follows ...
I have a secondhand bybrid courtesy of t'interweb. A Giant expression DX '09 (hybrid, front suspension, but with all the accessories). On the whole I;m pleased with it, certainly most of the problems are due to the numpty sitting on it and not the bike. The only assembly I had to do was turn the handlebars and attach the pedals both of which seemed in my capability.
Now while cycling there seems to be a creaking coming from the front forks, handlebars, somewhere, OK it's a fairly steep hillout of the village but nonethless should I expect that? Is it something too tight, something straining, just one of those things ... ?
