order a pizza and bottle of pop, put Indiana Jones on and and then go out for a couple of hours on my bike tomorrow to burn it all off; or

Sorry but two days into the new regime and I'm being good.

Plus amazing I actually rode a bike today so I am entitled to be on here. Blimey it was hard going, started off to the local shop and decided to extend journey on way home so more or less did my commute (not done since end Oct) some fly by night road bike in a blue shirt whizzed passed me upon which I felt very inferior. He smiled (smirked) at me as I coughed and spluttered my way home.
