For the last few years I have been wearing a pair of the original Walsh fell shoes for cycling and they have proved excellent for the job. Light leather booty style with a waffle sole. Means I can get off the bike and have a decent fell walk with them. Alas they are now showing signs of use and abuse and are ripe for replacement. Has anybody any suggestions for an all round shoe that can be used on the bike and for some fast hard walking and will not break the bank? (I got the Walshes in a last chance sale).
