Any Shimano pedals I've bought have come with cleats in the box. Can't guarantee they will as I've never bought that particular model, but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

Any MTB style shoe will work.

Had a look, no offence but they are ugly looking pedals.
no offence taken mate I didn't make them, they look much better when you unclip the flat part off. I thought it might be a cheap alternative to what you had been looking at

i don't think those shoese are compatible with spd pedals, you would need to get spd sl or the equivalent road pedal.

not that i am aware of but have you checked to see if they do a simular shoe to that in the mtb style?

Do you mean spd sl. Nope, not part of the design. Most road like spd pedals are the shimano a600 it the cheaper a530. As you are in London why not go to a big Evans or cycle surgery and look at the options and get advice. Both will match other retailers
