Shoe Covers

I wear my cycle shoes during the day in work so think i need to invest in shoe covers for the rain, as i got soaked on the way home and my feet thought i was swimming home not cycling. I have size 41/ uk6 shoes but as they aren't the racing style i don't know if i'll need to go up a few sizes to allow for the chunkiness. Any recommendations on brand would be appreciated

+1. As do Altura. Myself I go for waterproof socks in the rainy season as on long rides your shoes still get wet even with overshoes.

For winter wetness and all day riding my feet are clad as follows

Merino socks
Sealsknyz (?sp?)
shoe
overshoe

a carrier bag and duct tape has been pressed into service between shoe and overshoe before now on really really wet days.
