Yeah the shock looks clean, will any silicone spray do ?I take it the shock is clean? A dab of silicon spray might also help. They're easy to strip and service, and need it every 100 riding hours or so.

Okay, thanks for the advice !! I'll try some silicone spray! Should I just put the spray on the inner bit of the shock ?Any should do. If its the shock rubbing on itself then a strip and look-see is on the cards.
Yeah, i looked it up and have access to a vice.Clean the shock thoroughly, spray the body of the can making sure some goes up the skirt. I don't know service prices, always done mine myself. Piece of pith if you've got a vice.
