Shipping bicycles - companies to use

Anyone help with who they use for shipping bicycles. I need to organise for a bicycle to be picked up and really don't know who is good and who to stay clear of.

@biggs682 does post a lot of bikes though so I'd certainly heed his advice also.

FWIW I've used Parcel2Go in the past and also Nexday Overnite and had no issues with either.
