I just got some Fulcrum 5's in a very good deal from them. Not the quickest dispatch but the wheels were well packed and arrived in good enough time.

My sister tried to buy some tyres from them earlier this year.

They didn't have them in stock, but still charged her credit card for them, and didn't tell her they weren't in stock until she phoned 2 weeks later (no replies to emails either). A further 2 weeks and they still hadn't arrived so she cancelled the order. It took another 2 weeks for her card to be refunded.

Thanks for the heads up. On the basis of your opinions and experiences I have changed my mined about buying from them. Also, the gloves weren't that cheap as VAT isn't included in the price shown.

a common story with many online stores and it drives me mad - that's why I stick to the usual like Wiggle, CRC etc. - never too much trouble with them.
