Shimano WH R560 - wheels

Does anyone know anything about these wheels?

I've got a set. They don't seem too bad, certainly better than mol carrera wheels.

However, I am thinking about upgrading. What would be a nice upgrade on these?

Mr riding is for fitness, racing a few mates, training, I like climbing, and recreational riding. Bit of a one bike do it all.
