Not sure what SRAM you are planning to swap to, but I have a bike with Sram rival 11 speed hydraulic groupset and prefer Shimano to Sram - would you consider a swap perhaps ?

cheers. I’ve gone for SRAM force etap. I’ve decided to put the ultegra on one of my other bikes. It does mean that won’t be long I’ll have a Tiagra hydraulic disc groupset for sale.

I've got the 11 speed Red Etap on my best bike (Roubaix) and it is very nice i have to say. TBH I now remember I've got most of a Ultegra mechanical disc setup that I bought from a friend whIch I had forgotten about so I wont need it.
