Shimano Ultegra 6510 ST-6510 shifters

I wonder if any of you could direct me to a web site that sells rubbers for these older type Ultegra shifters Though I know many of you probably think the same as I did, that most of them look quite the same.
But on looking closely (well as close as you can without being able to get hold of them) as they are on a web site and the ones I want to fit them on are a proposed purchase on ebay the last thing I want to do is buy them and not be able to put new rubbers on the one thats ripped.

We have had this Q before - from what I recall the 6510 featured a different hood to 6500 and 6501 models but did share the same hood with 5510 models.

The hoods are no longer produced so all you can do is look for NOS or bust 6510 or 5510 shifters and scavenge the hoods.

The serial number for the hoods is Y-6C8 98070.

Thanks A/C I have never got the hang of how to use the search box as all it seems to do for me is thow up nothing found! Judging by your reply perhaps it will be cheaper to buy up to date shifters that perhaps I can get the bits for.
