Shimano Tiagra 10 speed right hand brake/gear lever

I damaged the right hand lever in a fall the other week does anyone know if you can buy this separately as LBS have said its £170.00 for the pair

The plastic casing is cracked the bike is still at the shop and I'm at work at the moment I'll have a better look once I've collected it
