Shimano & SRAM cassettes

Hi, I have got 2 bikes, one with shimano 105 and one with SRAM apex. I also have a spare wheel for my turbo trainer which has a 10 speed shimano cassette. Would I be ok to use this on the bike with the Apex to save on the cost of buying a new one?
