Hello.
I am building up another cycle and have reached the buying wheels stage.
Re. the above, both wheel sets are just within my budget consequently I wish for advise or opinion of which set to buy.
There is about a £30 price difference,is it worth paying the extra for the r.s. 30's ?
I am not a fast rider and most of my riding is on reasonable surface hilly country lanes and I rarely ride more than 70 k.m.
Thank you.
Yours
Doug.

The RS 10's seem to come in around £86 or so and weigh in at 1848g
The RS 30's are around £121 and weigh in at 1925g.

I personally would be looking at a couple of things such as your weight (I don't know it and I am not necessarily asking for it, it is just something for you to consider if you are a heavier rider, a stronger wheel could be more appropriate.)
What are the quality of those lanes like? something slightly more rigid would stand up better to bad roads (something I have had to consider in the last 2 weeks when I replaced my wheels). RS30 would make more sense from that point of view.
And how much cash have you available?

Answer those and I suspect you will know the answer.

Which ever wheels you go for, make sure you grease the bearings before you use them. Shimano wheels have very little grease in there.

yes - top right hand side where it is saying Deutsch click on it, now set to what you want and click spreichern and all will become more legible. P&P to the UK for wheel sets is just a touch over £5... less than £6 when I had a pair of wheels delivered last week.
