I bought these just to run them for commuting through the winter

the rims are 19mm wide - what size rim tape should i use 15, 16 or 18mm tape

The rims tape job is to cover the holes used for fastening spokes, as burrs can be present, unless your thinking of going tubeless...... I'd stick to 15 or 16 Adam
