shimano gear levers /shifters , the small inserts to adjust the angle

does anyone know where you can obtain the small plastic inserts on ultegra shifters that bring the levers closer in for small hands ?
or what they are called so that I can search for them

The new 7800 Ultegra have really good built in reach adjustment, up to 10mm or so.

or maybe not , I should have said the 6700 ultegra , seems like these don't fit , still I can ring them to see if they have them so I'm closer than I was cheers
