Shimano fh 5800 hub

Hi I've just taken my hub apart to clean the bearings but now I can't tighten it back up. When I do start to tighten it up it gets to tight the cup goes into the plastic. Can anyone help the old cup and cone was easy you just put a spanner on the cup and tighten down on the lock in nut but this one has an Allen key on the end.

Cheers for the link I've already seen that when I push the axle through and try to tighten up the nut it gets to tight and then it won't move freely.

Slacken it off until it runs freely - it can be a delicate balance

Ok cheers looks like when I took the axle out I put it back the wrong way around. Idiot I'll take a photo next time cheers for the reply anyway.
