I've got a flightdeck computer on my old road bike. Horrible piece of kit in my experience, I never got used to which screens would display which pieces of information, the buttons on the hoods lack feel (they're spongy) and it's easy to accidentally press them, even when not honking out of the saddle. When I bought a Garmin Edge about 2.5 years ago I stopped worrying about how crap it was, but when I recently tried it again (because I was thinking of selling my old bike), I found that the computer wouldn't work unless I exerted weight onto the computer, meaning the interface between mount and computer wasn't too good.
