What you mean it's not fitting correctly? Is this a road bike?

Edit: On closer inspection I don't think that's a Hollowtech chainset, if it were the drive side would have a long spindle, so might be Octalink I despite being labelled Hollowtech and the BB is Octalink II, or visa versa. Fix is to get the correct BB.
Be aware there are issues with Octalink, they need to be tightened to a very high torque setting, if not they become loose and the steel spindle eventually destroys the soft alloy cranks making them useless. Shimano has now discontinued them.

This is a current Hollowtech chainset

The Chainset in your picture is correctly labelled with the Hollowtech One sticker, Hollowtech just means the crankarms are hollow, Hollowtech 11 is the same, but this time with the spindle attached to the drive side crank, rather than the bottom bracket.

This is the tech doc for your crankset:

https://hollandbikeshop.com/images/SI-1DG0C-000-ENG.pdf

This is the BB you need according to that document, as mentioned above you need a 118.5 spindle rather than the 113mm you have bought.

Remember that English threads are 1.37" x 24 threads per in and Italian threads (used also on some Belgian bikes) are 36 x 24 You can get really weird bottom brackets for Trek for their carbon fiber bikes and in that case it is best to take them to a Trek dealer.
