Shimano bb question

Question please ,
the first picture is a caad 9 , I want to remove this BB , what tool do I need to purchase ?
I think its hollowtech ? it says SMbb5700 on it , if that helps
the second picture is from another bike with ultegra 6700 chain set which I would like to put on the caad 9 , can I do that ?
also while I'm doing it I want to replace the BB assembly on the caad 9 what part do I need to be looking for ?

woops pics have loaded in a different order , the middle pic is the caad 9 with tiagra the 1st and 3rd pic are the ultegra on a different bike that I want to put on the caad 9

As long as it's the same size, BC1.37x24 as shown, and same thread probably English then they can be swapped.

cheers for that I just had a look and the ultegra has the same numbers its off a English frame so should be a straight swap once I get the tool
