Hi, looking for some advice on the correct axle length needed for a shimano 600 crankset, 68mm British threaded. According to Sheldon's site 113mm but have read other website forums and different measurements have been mentioned, anyone know for sure?
Many thanks

Early 600 cranks mimicked the Dura Ace of the day so would be 112mm in the 1970's.

Which 600 have you got?

I am using a 3SS on mine (121mm equivalent I think) but that puts the chainline straight on the 4th cog out. I think 113mm equivalent is a 3H which would put it about 3rd out.

Thanks Shaun, much appreciated. I had ordered one last night after checking Sheldon but began to doubt myself today so good to hear 113mm is right.
