In short I am doing a half Ironman event with my little boy who has Cerebral Palsy. I got the idea from watching a Team Hoyt video on you tube.

I am hoping to also run a free monthly competition to win some cycling stuff - helmets, overshoes, cleats and pedals, tri bars, cycling shoes etc etc.
