servicing of FSA headset and Fulcrum wheels?

Anyone any idea where to get servicing instructions for these, both websites seem to only offer technical downloads to the trade or dealers

I want to service my FSA Integrated headset, after 3 years it must need one.

Also I have fulcrum racing 5 wheels, they seem to have sealed bearings, is it possible or necessary to do anything to these?

Thanks

As long as I breathe, I attack.
You can get by with a pipe spanner and blocks of wood but the specialist tools would cost a few quid, the LBS just quoted me £15 + parts to do the job, i will be taking to them to save the hassle .

I did find this ...

The FSA headsets straightforward enough, just undo your topcap, remove the stem and slide the forks out. All the components of the headset will just slide off. Clean and grease the cartridge bearings and reassemble. My headset, although fully functioning had a little rust on the bottom set of bearings, it was good to deal with it and a good time to check your steerer at the same time (as mines carbon, it seemed prudent).

The Fulcrums, as long as youve no play in the hubs, there's precious little to do in there...actually nothing. I dont remember seeing any service docs on Fulcrums website, just parts diagrams and general info/instructions.

Bear in mind, if you do DIY it to get the bearings out, they do pop out easily enough, but you risk damaging them if they dont come out straight or you jar the inner race.
