Secure bike parking in London

I'm off to France in March on a week's tour but may have to go down to London the day before we leave with work, in which case I'd have my laden tourer with me in London for the day.

I can leave my luggage in Left Luggage but not my bike, and there's no way I'm leaving Liesl casually chained to a bike stand for some scumbag to nick.

Does anyone know any secure bike parks in central London where I can leave her for the day? I'd happily pay. Alternatively...does any lovely cycle-chatter have space in their office?

We live about 20min from central London by public transport.

I could look after Leisl for you if neccesary, I am at the top of the Northern Line so you could get into Kings Cross, assuming that you are going by Eurostar, in 30 mins or so.

Hundreds of cyclists do leave their bikes chained up at Kings Cross. I can't remember where the cycle storage is, but I'll check it out.

I think it is on platform No. 1 where the taxi's come into the station from York Way.

I have left my bike laden with panniers at the Left Luggage office in Euston Station on several occasions.
Problem might be these people now call themselves Excess Baggage and may have changed the rules so it might be an idea to phone them first.

At the height of the Troubles the LL at Euston always seemed to be staffed by cheerful Irishmen who threatened to charge for every bag on the bike but never did.

Believe it or not, Cycle Surgery are taking her for me! So kind. I know hundreds of people leave their bikes locked at KX but I'm not prepared to risk it. Now I can leave her nice and safe for the day!!
