Second Outing

Went for my second outing this morning. Wasnt the best idea after a few sherbuts last night but was quite chuffed after i managed to do 20k in around 70 minutes. although at some points wasnt quite sure i should have gone im glad i did.

Next time though i'll be having a quite night before hand.

Stop exaggerating with the kilometers LB! Constitution Hill is a good hangover cure.

Just set a target, not sure if i'll ever get there but have to aim for something. Just cross them off when i do them. So since ive started ive so far only managed to do 20k in a single ride. whats wrong with having a target, its motivation.

Targets are good, just dont over do it. Build up slowly, its about enjoyment!
