Nope - You get 60 days for anything here to be wrong

  • The goods they are purchasing are of satisfactory quality.
  • The goods are fit for all purposes for which they are supplied.
  • The goods are safe and durable.
  • That where any written description is applied to goods, the goods match that description.

The battery may well be knackered, those old halogen lights are pretty hard on batteries, check the cost of a replacement battery.

As you say re 60 days...depends how old they are. Light technology has come on a great deal in the past few years. I have a set of these lights from a few years ago on 'old' technology and they still run well, albeit the battery is toiling a bit...the older lights have a fairly limited run time. I had to charge them every night after my 40 mile round commute in winter...but they might have improved.
