Seatpost cantilever brake stop?

I'm awaiting the arrival of my Cotic Roadrat frame to build up.
I'm going put center pull cantilever brakes on it but there isn't a rear brake cable stop lug on the frame.
I have googled for a rear stop that fits around the seat clamp bolt but can only find two,(Dimension/Surly)and they are imports from the USA.
The Surly one looks too long and the Dimension one is just ugly.

Can anyone tell me what this 'doohicky' is actually called and where I might find one in the UK as Wiggle, CRC, etc, don't seem to have anything of the like.

Have a look on ebay for brake hanger. I paid 99p for one before Christmas.

One thing to check: does the Cotic frame have a rear facing seat tube slot? Most frames do of course but my old Kaffenback didn't and so the rear cable hanger (same as the Zepnat one) had top be filed down in order for it to sit at the right angle against the frame.
