Seat mounted bottle holders

I saw someone with what looked like a seat post mounted bottle holder which looked ace!

Anyone know if and where I can get one of these that's not too pricey. I've found the Bontrager Race X Lite Rear Cage Holder (see image) for £53.99 but I was hoping to pay considerably less than that and don't need the CO2s and extras capacity.

don't use on a bike with no mudguards. on a frame mounted cage, the frame offers at least some protection from whatever the road throws up.

You could always use a saddle with a built in bottle holder like the Selle Italia Optima
