Schwable Puncture protected on wheelchair?

After visiting my grandparents in Manchester today, I noticed that my grandmother had Schwable puncture protected tyres on her wheelchair. I was wondering if there tyres were from a bike with the same sizes wheels on?

She uses them to do wheelies and burnouts on so they are a good quality.

You can get Marathon Plus' for all sorts of wheel sizes, not necessarily just for bikes. They also do a very small version of them for 3 wheeler pushchair/buggies but they call them Kids Plus I think.

My ex had a wheelchair and we found that the wheelchair specific tyres didn't mark the floor surfaces like ordinary bicycle tyres.
