School run realisation...

My kids have new school book bags, satchel type with a big strap.

Anyway, I just picked them up from school. I was (am) wearing a pair of jeans and my Converse lows. My jeans started to 'interact' with the chainring so I rolled the leg up.

When I collected the kids I installed them on their bikes. My son was finding the bag awkward to ride with, so I stuck the strap over my head and flung the bag round my back.

Good job I was on the MTB and not riding fixed, I think that would have pushed the fakenger thing I inadvertently had going on too far...

I used to come out of school on my racer, join my GF on the pavement and walk home to give her an enthusiastic snog on the doorstep.
