Is the discounting of bikes, components and accessories subject to a regular pattern, ie. end of summer sale!
I can wait to buy a new set of wheels and tires, so was thinking of optimizing the timing for a best discount. I'm thinking February might be the most attractive time to save for.

Normally around November time onwards for bikes (new models out Sept onwards) but you can find deals all the time with canny shopping. Depends what you want

Might be different in the USA though
