Sakae Chainset - replacement bottom bracket - what to buy?

Hi - need to fit a new BB to my specialized M3000 1990's sport rock bike.

The crankset is a triple Sakae XR100.

Wondered what type/ make size etc I could buy to work with it.

Any advice appreciated

Post a pic of your BB then we can see it and advise, but probably a Shimano UN55 IMO.

It should be English threaded but you do need to know your axle length.
