that's ok, I can answer my own question.
The height of the top of the saddle to the pedals axis should be 70cm in my case ( I am 1.70m tall with 0.70m inside leg)
The height from the top of the handlebar to the ground should be 97cm.
As high as I can get and still stop at traffic lights safely. I recently adjusted it so it was higher than how I had it set up before and the difference in how easier it is to go fast is massive.
Don't underestimate the difference just a few millimetres of adjustment can make - if you follow the guidance above and it doesn't feel right, e.g. you get some knee pain, just try moving it half a centimetre at a time until it's right.
