Hi,
I use my Whyte Cambridge to commute but yesterday decided to go for a 40 mile ride. The saddle which came with the bike is slightly uncomfortable for my commute (1 hour each way) but yesterdays ride was a lot more uncomfortable! So I'm looking at getting a new more comfortable saddle (I was using altura progel shorts). I was looking at this: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/sdg-bel-air-rl-saddle-with-titaniumalloy-rails/# but it's 200g lighter than my current one, does that mean it will have less padding? Or is it just the rails that make the weight difference? It has a lot of good reviews but I'm not sure if people are saying it's comfortable /for a race saddle/, or just comfortable in general compared to say, the one that my bike came with.
Basically I just want to be reassured that it will be better than my current one rather than less weight meaning less padding.
Thanks!
