slightly embarrassing, I've just got an S Works prevail helmet at a bargain price. The inner cradle apparently adjusts height wise but I'm not sure how, *looks* like you pull up on the white plastic straps, they appear to be notched. I'm just a bit reluctant to be heaving on them. If any one can offer advice I'd be grateful
