No but I have read some very mixed reviews - especially on their ebay site!

Only from their shops at Rutland Water. They're a well established straight business, but I don't know if their on line operation is any good.

I have - but can't remember what it was. I can dimly recall being satisfied with the service.

I bought some SPD shoes from them. Unfortunately they were too small, as were the larger size that I asked for as a replacement. They sent everything out promptly and gave me a refund without quibbling. No complaints at all.

yes. the trailgator for my boys bike. ordered online on sunday arrived on the friday. needed a centrepull brake adaptor kit but nobody in the uk stocks them , only orders them . rutland wouldn't take my money until they had them in stock. excellent way to do business.

Generally the complaint is that not everything on their web site that you can order is actually available. And it will take them several days to realise it.

Also on the ebay site there are comments about wrong items being sent and very poor customer service.

Bear in mind that they take your money straight away and you may have to wait for them to order it in which could take up to 10 days. I was fully aware of this when I made an online order today.

OK, my fears of Rutland after things I had read are over.

I ordered a bike from them Wednesday morning at 9:30 from their website not their Ebay store.

It arrived this morning at about 11:30
