You're unlikely to get Campagnolo at that budget, more likely it will be fitted with a Shimano groupset or Sram. Every manufacturer has a hierarchy of groupsets where the price increases as the quality and refinement improves and the weight reduces. You are most likely to find Shimano 105 or Tiagra on a medium-range bike at that price. Don't worry too much about it, they all work very well. You need to be more concerned about finding a bike that fits you and has the right ride quality and that depends on the design and material of the frame and forks.

Shimano is the most common. Their range goes Dura-ace, Ultegra, 105, Tiagra, sora, 2300.

Whenever Shimano release a new concept they tend to initially only release it only on the Dura-ace/ Ultegra range.
For example, at the moment only Dura-ace is electronic.

Over time these advancements tend to either disapear or trickle down the range. So the following year you'll probably see last years dura-ace re-appear as Ultegra, and a year or two later the same features will make an appearance on the 105/Tiagra level equipment and so on.

As you go down the range the quality of the materials used decreases and they start using simpler manufacturing techniques. For example the higher end groupsets use carbon fiber, whereas the lower end groupsets use plastic and so on.
