Rouvy issues please help

Hi does anyone know how to fix an error on Rouvy
I'm getting an error every time I try to start a ride on there. It's on my Mac and I've uninstalled it several times but still no joy

Sorry not a apple guy. Have you tried googling the common issues. Maybe something is being stored in cache memory or driver is not up to date

Might be worth posting on the Rouvy Facebook site. They seem to respond pretty quickly on there to any issues

Never seen that and use it on a Mac but mainly iPad.

I guess all the usual suggestions of logging out, then back in etc. I assume you’re running it through Safari on the web based version rather than on an App ?

Can you try another device to rule that out ?
