Routes around Brighton

I'll be on holiday with my family in Brighton next week.
I'll be taking my bike with be, the intention being to get out early in the mornings before the family wake up.

I've plotted a couple of routes on strava, which include ditching beacon (which I fancy a go at)

Anyone got any suggestions, destinations or strava / map my ride routes they could share with me? Up to about 50 miles

Inland to the west of Brighton is not great cycling IMO.
Here are a few of my local, regular rides. I generally do 25 to 40 miles. You can add and tweak.
Feel free to ask any questions.
I'd offer to join you in a ride but 50 miles before the family wakes might be a bit hardcore for me!

^^^This one is a nice ride either way. Clockwise from the pier does the Beacon near the end and anti-clockwise descends the Beacon but does the Steyning Bostal the hard way.

thanks for all the suggestions, much appreciated. @rich p I've pinched a couple of your routes and put them on my garmin thanks .
regarding the cycle-route.com site i'm struggling to put them on my garmin, they download as xml files. any suggestions? not too important though as I've enough routes now for next week, but would like to use it in future.
