Rotating seatpost/saddle - doesn't slip down just moves round a bit.

Oft times I'll climb aboard the bike after a roadside stop to fnd the saddle is 10 degrees or more skew. This seatpost (an Alpina with a hi-polished gloss black finish) did this swivel thing in the last frame it was on, and continues to do it in this new one.

Collar is torqued correctly. Doesn't slip down. How do I keep it pointing where i want it to point?

Use some carbon assembly paste. Even if your post is aluminium it should provide enough sticksion to hold it straight.
