I couldn't find anything for them on Google, maybe that is why no-one else has heard of them. I searched for Rose Clothing and the top pick was BlackRose clothing, for gothic and punk - which actually is more my line, but not terribly practical on the bike ......

The bib shorts are decent and good value for money, only wore them once so far for about 20 miles so dont know about longevity yet or what they are like on longer rides.
