the weather is supposed to be dry, with a little bit of wind, but its belgium anything can happen, i went last year we had sun, rain, hail and snow all in the space of a hour lol! Sadly i cant go this year , but im going to Gent- Wevelgem and Paris Roubaix !
And a winner from me Tom Boonen or Pippo Pozzato!
All i say is roll on sunday and let the racing begin

I don't want it to be a Poz-Boz contest... and I really would like Flecha to win something... I also notice that Big Maggie Backstedt is on the start list for Garmin... what's that all about? I thought he'd retired? A win for him would be amazing!

I don't think its gonna be Tom's day somehow. Big George is going to be using it as training for next weekend. I can't see past Devolder so he's my pick.

Assan Bazayev may have something to show after a decent turn at the Driedaagse de Panne, as could Steve Chainel. I would like to see Fuji give it a shot as this will be one of the biggest races all year for them, and Ermanno Capelli is brave enough but probably does not have the power.

Columbia's team is awesome and gives them several hands to play. I do not want to say Boonen, and I wonder if Heinrich may be a bit tired so I will fly the Greg van Avermaet flag.

The women's race has almost all of the big names you would expect. Good news for us Brits is that in addition to Nicole Cooke and Helen Wyman for Vision 1, Leda Cox for ESGL and Catherine Hare for Fenixs, there is also a Great Britain national team. It is composed of Lucy Martin, Alex Greenfield, Katie Colclough, Jessica Allen, Annie Last and Jo Rowsell. It is hard to expect a lot of them but Greenfield, Martin and Last have turned in pretty good rides in the smaller Belgian races so far this year, as well as Het Nieuwsblad.

Marianne Vos, Andrea Bosman and Noemi Cantele will all push it hard, but I tip Emma Johansson for the top spot.

Well, now we are in the middle of the cobbled hills there's a good break out in front, which includes Dan Lloyd, but perhaps more importantly for any potential outcome, Chavanel and Hoste... they have a minute and a half.
