hi there
im russell and im new here I have a problem with some rockshox dart 2 forks which I don't know the year of.
they have a turn key damper and spring on the left hand sound the problem is when they are compressed they do not come up straight away they take 30-40 seconds to pop back up.
I have serviced them put the right oil in and the right amount of oil but they seem to be the same.
the only thing I have not done is change the seals on the damper, would it be worth while to buy a new one.

If the oil can't flow back out of the damper properly (blocked port?) when the spring is trying to decompress the fork that would likely give the problem you are having but I've also known the wiper seals and the foam rings under them to give the same effect when old and dry. If I had to put money on it i would suspect the damper is knacked internally and you will end up replacing it
By the time you've messed about and depending on the state of the bushings and stanchions it's might be simpler to buy a new fork.
