Around 08:40 this morning, about 300m west of what used to be the Coronet cinema roundabout. Ambulance with a Boardman, hybrid I think, discarded on the pavement next to it. Small pile of kit including a rucksack in burberry/tartan (greens & blues). Couple of pedestrians around on phones but no other motor vehicles.
It's a straight road with cycle lane between two sets of traffic lights with school crossing patrols on them but ambulance was just beyond a left turn junction which is quite heavily used (was almost left hooked by a Mercedes Sprinter there last Friday.) Hopefully it's minor and they are fine, I'm taking the ambulance still being on the scene as a good sign.
