I put a buy it now for £150 and this dude snapped it up ASAP, some other dude wanted to, he messaged me. Is it worth a lot more?

Surely you put a buy it now price based on what you were happy with?
If you aren't sure on a value of an item, it's better to just auction items and put a reserve price on them.
