Robert Redford's hair

I watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier on Friday. Robert Redford was some sort of secret service higher up. His face looks like someone blasted it with a shotgun, but his hair was in amazing condition for a man his age. It is still very thick and blond. By coincidence he was in another film from about fifteen years earlier. Apart from his sideburns being a little greyer, his hair hadn't changed at all. What's his secret? Does he dye it? Does he wear a rug? Has he had a rooney, or does he have the best hair for a near-octagenarian man anywhere in America?

Dunno about Redford but John Wayne wore a rug and on being asked where he got the phony hair from, replied it's not phony, it's real hair. Of course, it's not mine but it's real.
