Road Racer for a 10yr old

Can anyone help?
It would have to be a 15/16" frame with 700c wheels
New or secondhand.
I tried a mates son's bike out on my daughter,but she struggled reaching the brakes, and was unable to change gear (STI levers) the reach was ok,through. (elbow to fingertip rule).
Any sugestions or ideas would be gratefully received.
She's 4'-9" tall

A real racer - probably 650 wheels and around a 44cm frame.

alot of youth races feature Isla Bikes, also try Decathlon, I know they do a junior race range

Agreed - Islabikes are superb, and Decathlon I think have something suitable

I think Giant do ( or at least did) a kid's road bike, my niece has one.

Giant do a T-mobile one.
My LBS had a couple of them in. They have the proper colourings of the T-mobile team on, and they look pretty smart. They may have put them on ebay a while ago, not sure. They were just hung up in the shop for a while.
